Last week should have seen BitTitan colleagues from all over the world fly to Seattle for our Global Sales Meeting where we finalise plans to best serve our Partners and end customers in 2021. Instead, we did the next best thing, turning to Microsoft Teams, the fastest-growing collaboration tool, to host our virtual kick-off. Despite such very different circumstances, everyone finished the week on a high and with a positive outlook for what’s to come. BitTitan’s ability to innovate and our commitment to providing a best-in-class solution continues to keep us at the forefront of the market as a trusted worldwide partner for cloud migrations.
During the week, BitTitan heard from support, engineering, marketing, and product development on a range of exciting updates to our leading SaaS solution, MigrationWiz. These include an enhanced Hybrid Exchange migration product and a range of additional features for Teams migrations that help to optimise business cross-tenant collaboration. These features will remain important as we continue into another year of remote working and hybrid work environments.
Other announcements included new customer success offerings and the onboarding of a wider in-region team to meet local demand; broader scope on data sovereignty; a stronger enterprise offering with custom deployments; and added automation capabilities.
BitTitan takes pride in the relationship we develop with our Partners. During the five-day meeting we were delighted to hear from a selection of our trusted Partners at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, SoftwareONE, and Span who shared first-hand the value that we bring to their service offerings. MigrationWiz is a proven, scalable, and user-friendly solution that helps businesses maximise value and success in the cloud with minimal disruption to productivity. Combining this with a dedicated and responsive team of professionals has enabled BitTitan to build a strong presence and long-lasting relationships with Partners and customers across the globe.
The week wrapped up with our final awards ceremony to celebrate #TopTitans for 2020. Out of six colleagues recognised for outstanding performance in a year like no other, BitTitan EMEA was delighted to congratulate two of our own.
Paul Agar, our Account Manager for the UK&I, and Olivia Filip, EMEA’s Lead Solution Sales Specialist both ended the year with record-breaking results. Their dedication and hard work are a true testament to the success of BitTitan, a success that wouldn’t be possible without the strong relationships we develop and nurture with our customers in-region.
So, after a busy week building momentum for the year ahead, BitTitan is ready to hit the ground running.
